Policy

If placing an order with less than 24 hours please call the café manager and notify them of the order.

Orders that are canceled within a 48 hour period of the event itself will reflect a full amount charge, and orders that are cancelled before the 48 hour period are subject to a charge.

Overtime dollars will be added to the catering invoice if service is required after 3:00pm or if service is required on weekends. Any customer requesting this service will be notified immediately of the additional charges.

Wait staff charges will be added to the catering invoice when the event required plated service or any other requirement of a wait staff. Any customer that requests this service, will be notified immediately that additional charges will be incurred to allow the opportunity to change the service level.

Catering prices, as listed on the catering website, are for buffet service only. Plated service will be at an additional cost.
